Yesterday I was riding home listening to the gospel channel. A lady called in and asked for prayer for her marriage. I could tell that she was crying and frustrated with how things were going. She says that her husband was cheating on her and she didn't know what to do and that she couldn't take it. She also said that she was not going to let this other woman take her husband away from her and asked what should she do. I wanted so badly to call in and ask to speak with her personally or at least get a number where I could reach her, but everytime the radio host would mention the number to call in static would be in the radio. I had so much compassion her, so after I couln't get the number I began to pray for her. Surely this lady is not the only one who has gone through this and she is certainly not the last. What touched me was the fact that she wanted to save her marriage. So many times we react in our flesh and we make decisions based upon the feelings we have at that moment and a lot of times we find that we made a bad decision and it ends up being too late. She is blessed to love. Not all people have that desire to love, but there is nothing too hard or impossible for God. Sometimes we have to sit back and leave it in the hands of God. God knows our hearts and He knows what concerns each of us. My prayer is that God works it out for her and that she comes to the place where she trusts God even when it hurts.
Until Next Time
